1. 적용 범위

본 방침은 ODD MARU가 제공하는 뜨개뜨개 앱의 정보 처리에 적용됩니다.

2. 기기 내 저장 정보

작품 정보, 카운터 기록, 앱 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. ODD MARU는 이 뜨개 기록을 자체 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 사용자는 앱의 초기화 기능 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 기기 내 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. Google AdMob

앱은 배너 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob과 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용합니다. Google은 광고 제공, 측정, 분석, 부정행위 방지 및 서비스 개선을 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

• IP 주소를 이용해 추정한 대략적인 위치
• 기기 또는 앱 범위 식별자
• 표시되거나 상호작용한 광고에 관한 광고 데이터
• 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 조회 등 제품 상호작용
• 충돌 로그, 실행 시간, 중단 및 에너지 사용량 등 진단·성능 정보

앱의 첫 출시 버전은 비개인 맞춤 광고만 요청하며 iOS의 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 다만 비개인 맞춤 광고도 기본 광고 선택, 빈도 제한, 집계 측정 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 위 정보 일부를 처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 동의 및 개인정보 선택

앱은 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용해 해당 지역에서 필요한 동의 또는 개인정보 선택 화면을 제공합니다. Google이 개인정보 선택 진입점을 요구하는 경우 앱 설정의 “개인정보 선택 관리”에서 선택을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 광고는 UMP가 광고 요청을 허용한 뒤에만 요청됩니다.

5. Apple 인앱결제

사용자는 Apple의 인앱결제를 통해 광고를 영구적으로 제거할 수 있습니다. 결제와 구매 복원은 Apple StoreKit을 통해 처리되며, ODD MARU는 결제 카드 정보 또는 Apple 계정 정보를 수집하거나 자체 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 앱은 Apple이 제공하는 현재 구매 권한을 기기에서 확인하여 광고 표시 여부를 결정합니다. 결제 처리에는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

6. 제3자 처리 및 보관

ODD MARU는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. AdMob이 처리하는 정보의 보관, 보호, 삭제 및 국제 이전에는 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 서비스를 사용하는 사이트 또는 앱의 정보 사용 방식을 확인해 주세요.

7. 문의 및 변경

개인정보 관련 문의는 App Store 제품 페이지의 개발자 연락처를 이용해 주세요. 앱의 정보 처리 방식 또는 사용하는 SDK가 변경되면 본 방침과 App Store 개인정보 정보를 함께 업데이트합니다.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Tteugae Tteugae (Knit Counter), provided by ODD MARU.

2. Information Stored on the Device

Project information, counter history, and app settings are stored on the user's device. ODD MARU does not transmit or retain this knitting data on its own servers. Users can remove local data with the app's reset feature or by deleting the app.

3. Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide banner ads. Google may automatically process the following information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement:

• Approximate location inferred from an IP address
• Device- or app-scoped identifiers
• Advertising data about ads shown or interacted with
• Product interactions such as app launches, taps, and ad views
• Diagnostics and performance data such as crash logs, launch time, hangs, and energy use

The first release requests non-personalized ads only and does not request iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization. Non-personalized ads can still process some of the information above for basic ad selection, frequency capping, aggregated measurement, and fraud prevention.

4. Consent and Privacy Choices

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent or privacy choices where required. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, users can review or change their choices through “Manage privacy choices” in the app settings. The app requests ads only after UMP indicates that ads may be requested.

5. Apple In-App Purchase

Users can permanently remove ads through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple StoreKit processes purchases and restores. ODD MARU does not collect or retain payment card details or Apple account information on its own servers. The app checks the current purchase entitlement supplied by Apple on the device to decide whether to show ads. Apple's processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Processing and Retention

ODD MARU does not sell personal information. Google's policies govern retention, protection, deletion, and international transfers for information processed by AdMob. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

7. Contact and Changes

For privacy questions, use the developer contact shown on the App Store product page. If the app's data practices or SDKs change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated together.
